Our shuttle services can be tailored to suit a single passenger travelling alone to a travelling group (family or friends). Our team of experienced drivers have the knowledge of both Sydney airports (International and Domestic) and both Cruise Wharfs (White Bay – Rozelle and OPT – Circular Quay) pick up / drop off locations ensuring that your journey is safe, pleasant and hassle free.

We cater to all types of shuttle / transport such as airport transfers, cruise terminal transfers, school excursions, corporate events, wedding transfers, sporting events, race days and many more. Our service is 24/7 and you will be treated by our friendly customer service representative with priority when making the call and they will assist / tailor a transfer shuttle service to suit you.

SYDNEY METRO SERVICES (NSW) P/L is an Accredited Bus Service Operator issued by NSW Transport Roads and Maritime Service. Customer Service is one of our Core Goal to our business as we aim to achieve and to maintain a high level of customer service / satisfaction to all our travelling clients whilst providing a relaxing and friendly environment so you can enjoy your journey.

Realistically your holiday starts and ends at your front door when you travel in our SMS vehicle.

We have available upon request of both Baby and Booster seats at NO – CHARGE for the safety of your children. All of our vehicles equipped with seat belts and Fire Extinguishers also have air conditioning and tinted windows for your privacy. For the larger groups a box trailer for the extra luggage's will also be provided at a additional cost of $10.00.

Our Vehicles sizes are 14 seater buses (13 x passengers plus driver) and 22 seater buses (21 x passengers plus driver) and are of current model. We currently have 3 x 14 seater and 2 x 22 seater buses. Checkout our fleet for yourself.
