SYDNEY METRO SERVICES (NSW) P/L would request that you read the following terms and conditions information carefully.

Terms and Conditions

  • Additional charges do apply for transporting golf clubs, surfboards, bicycles, skis and excessive amount of baggage. When making a booking, please ensure you inform our staff if you are taking any of these items as an allowance for extra luggage space is required.
  • All pick-ups from the airport are required to be pre-paid before we collect passengers.
  • If you are booking a transfer from the Airport only, payment can be made via a credit card over the phone or email from one of our staff in the office. Please note an additional charge of 2.5% credit card fee (not ours) will be applied.
  • All bookings are to be from one location (pick-up and drop off).
  • Additional pick-ups & drop offs will incur a charge.
  • A certain Out Of Hours Surcharge may apply for any transfers before 6:00am and after 7:30pm.
  • NO CHARGE for Motoway Tolls (M5 & M7).
  • NO CHARGE for Baby Seats (Capsule) & Boosters Seats - Complementary.
  • A $10 CHARGE for trailer (if required for excess baggage).
  • We make every effort to ensure that our buses arrive on time every time. But traffic conditions and unforeseen problems may sometimes occur. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays, flight changes, or problems that may occur, which is beyond our control.
  • For safety reasons our vehicles do not have Eftpos facilities and our drivers do not carry change. Please allow for this before you travel with us.

Cancellation Fee

  • If you wish to cancel your booking we must recieve a minimum 48 hours notice prior to your pick-up time otherwise a One Way transfer fare must be paid and NO Refunds will be given.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made if your flight arrival into Sydney Airport is delayed to a time that does not suitably connect with our daily transfer scheduled bus times.
  • Part refund will be given if return flight is changed from the original booking by customer whilist on their travel.
  • SYDNEY METRO SERVICES (NSW) P/L is not liable for and accepts no responsibility for any delayed or cancelled flights and deleys due to traffic and traffic accidents.
