A group of family and friends used Sydney Metro Services for a night out and we had a great experience, the bus was clean, tidy and comfortable. Ray the bus driver was very reliable, extremely friendly and a great driver which made us feel safe and we could sit back and enjoy our trip. Excellent service and the most friendliest and reliable staff that i have experienced. A recent family airport trip was an absolute breeze. Myself and 4 children were looked after immaculately, service was on time and arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. We had a girls night out on the town last weekend and we hired SMS. Wow! What a fantastic experience all the girls felt safe and we were so surprised at how friendly and informative Ray our driver was. Some of our friends are from Perth and hadn't experienced Sydney's night life, Ray was helpful when asked about certain places and venues. When I booked with Sms even the person taking our booking was pleasant and very polite an all round great experience. We've already booked our next girls night out!!

SMS is by far the only choice for transport. Their prices are extremely competitive and the staff could not be more reliable and courteous. They are in contact and able to be contacted at all times. I have used SMS for the past 3 years on many airport transfers and would not consider using anyone else. I always recommend them to anyone I know who needs airport transfers. You won't be disappointed!
